Heresite
The Heresite coating is a superior baked-on phenolic coating that has been around the HVAC industry for over 50 years. Heresite's - P-413 oven cured phenolic is thin, durable,
and flexible with no bridging between fins, while the full immersion protection process guarantees full coverage and reduces warranty claims.
While providing 100% uniform coating coverage of all coil fin surfaces, the Heresite coating has excellent chemical resistance (include link). The typical 2-3 mil inch coating will significantly extend the life of a coil, and the effect of heat transfer is minor (<1%).

H-TRACC
H-TRACC® is a proprietary automated coating system that is geared for High volume production requirements. It reduces handling and therefore minimizes potential unit damage. The streamlined process means faster coating turnaround to meet construction deadlines and Just-in-Time performance that reduces inventory requirements.
